All of Ultra's lights are E-Marked and road legal in the UK (unless stated otherwise) and are suitable for UK specification RHD vehicles. All halo rings (if fitted) will require the manual wiring of the halo rings to a suitable 12v source and earth point. Main and dipped beams will in most cases normally plug straight into your existing wiring loom.
